This is a known defect as of 2/5/2014 and will be fixed in the 2.5.1 update due out in about 1 week.
To resolve the issues try rebooting the app. Here is how to do that.
To remove an application from running in the background, pull up your quick app switcher (double-tap the home button), then swipe the MyChair Screen up ward. you have just shut down, not delete, the app.
Now try to load the app again by touching the icon. it should start up with the loading screen and the data should be there..
Some times the app looses connection to the database for what ever reason. restarting the app seems to fix it.
